How do I pre-order?
Log in to your wholesale account at mycoloredorganicsoffers.com, select your pre-order styles and quantities, and complete checkout to submit your order for review. Once ship windows are assigned to your selected items, you’ll receive an email with estimated ship timelines. Ready-to-ship items will be charged to the card on file. Please note that a card will be required to be on file so our team can process your order as soon as the pre-order items arrive without delay.
Do you have order minimums?
Our order minimum is currently $300.
When am I charged for my pre-order?
You will only be charged for your pre-orders once they are ready to ship. Each pre-order is subject to wholesale shipping charges, and our full shipping policy can be viewed at https://mycoloredorganicsoffers.com/pages/wholesale-shipping-policy.
How long are my pre-ordered items reserved for?
Typically, pre-ordered items can only be reserved for up to a week after the product has been launched, provided there are no delays with the shipment. If the invoice is not paid within the week that it is emailed, the hold on your pre-order will lapse. Please contact us at service@mycoloredorganicsoffers.com if you do not see your invoice(s).
Can you ship my pre-order sooner than the given window?
Unfortunately, they typically cannot be shipped sooner than the given shipping window, but we do prioritize our wholesale customers’ pre-orders once shipments are checked in and ready to be dispatched.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Packages are shipped from the US.
Can I relabel the garments?
Wholesale items are in-stock items with the Colored Organics' logo on the interior neckline. Customers are welcome to embellish on and relabel garments within our Imprintables (Classic Collection with cotton twill tag) only. All garments outside of the Classic Collection must be resold with the original Colored Organics label intact. Our tags are sewn-in, not tearaway labels. With any questions regarding resale policies, please reach out to us.
Do you offer screenprinting/personalization?
Colored Organics does not offer embellishing services for wholesale purchases. We recommend finding a screen printer near you to work on your design.
